Alabama has yet to lose with Texas being its closest contest. Heisman trophy contender Bryce Young leads this team with 1,202 yards and 14 touchdowns through the air with three interceptions in five games. Jahmyr Gibbs, another Heisman contender, has 43 attempts for 378 yards and two touchdowns. The Georgia Tech transfer is averaging 8.8 yards per attempt.

The Aggies are a solid 3-2 this season after beating Sam Houston State, Miami (FL) and Arkansas at home. The team lost in the second week to Appalachian State and again last week on the road at Mississippi State.

Texas A&M's leader Max Johnson has 517 yards and three touchdowns with receiver Ainias Smith having 15 receptions for 291 yards. The ground game is where the team finds success. Devon Achane has 81 attempts for 466 yards and three touchdowns.
