The Mustangs are coming off a great 3-0 victory over the Cal State Fullerton Titans to extend their winning streak:
That win continued their streak and flat-out dominance as they deconstructed their opponents to the tune of 15-1 overall in those five matches, with wins over the Titans, the Santa Clara Broncos, the Northern Colorado Bears, the Tarleton State Texans and the Long Beach State 49ers.
Their opponents today are also on a noticeable run after starting the season 0-5 overall, they have gone 6-1 in their last seven matches and won four in a row themselves.
During their run, they have wins over the Georgetown Hoyas, the New Mexico State Aggies, the UC San Diego Tritons and the US Irvine Anteaters to push themselves to .500 overall. During this stretch, they have outscored their opponents 19-9 in games.
