To wrap up Week 9 of the 2023 USFL season, the league has a rematch of a playoff game from 2022. The Philadelphia Stars (4-4) are taking on the New Jersey Generals (2-6), who they beat 19-14 in an upset in last year's North Division Championship. The Stars are trying to get back to the playoffs this year, and all but lock up a spot with a win in this game. The Stars already beat the Generals once this year, coming away with a 24-21 win back in Week 5. That was the first of three wins in a row for the Stars, before they lost 27-24 to the Birmingham Stallions last week.
