Angels second baseman Luis Rengifo came out of Tuesday's game with hamstring tightness and first baseman Nolan Schanuel remains sidelined with a sore back.
San Francisco made a splash on Monday with it signed National League Cy Young winner Blake Snell to a two-year, $62 million deal. Last season, Snell had a 2.25 ERA and 1.189 WHIP in 180 innings for the San Diego Padres, striking out 234 and becoming just the seventh pitcher to win the Cy Young in both leagues.

LaMonte Wade Jr.'s single in the ninth inning gave the Giants a 9-8 walkoff win over the Kansas City Royals on Tuesday. Thairo Estrada belted a grand slam in the fifth and Luis Matos also homered.
Reid Detmers allowed one run and struck out seven in 4.2 innings and Los Angeles beat the Cincinnati Reds 10-6 on Tuesday. Zach Neto was 3-for-3 with a two-run homer, Aaron Hicks also hit a two-run blast and Livan Soto and non-roster invitee Miguel Sanó drove in two runs apiece.
Left-hander Tyler Anderson is set to start for the Angels on Wednesday. He has a 4.50 ERA and 1.33 WHIP in 12 innings this spring. San Francisco goes with right-hander Jordan Hicks, who is being converted to a starter. He has allowed four runs and struck out 12 in 7.1 innings in Arizona.
