How to Watch Lions at 49ers: Stream NFC Championship Live, TV Channel

The Detroit Lions are one game away from their first Super Bowl appearance in franchise history. All that stands in their way on Sunday is the NFC's top seed, the San Francisco 49ers.

Before this season, the Detroit Lions (12-5) hadn't won a playoff game since 1991. They hadn't even played a playoff game in six years, including four last place finishes in the NFC North. Now, the division champion Lions sit one win a way from their first Super Bowl appearance in franchise history. They'll be playing in their first NFC Championship Game since that 1991 season. It'll be their first road playoff game of the season, as they head west to meet the NFC's top seed in the San Francisco 49ers (12-5). The Niners are trying to get back to the Super Bowl for the first time since the 2019 season when they lost to the Kansas City Chiefs. They have a chance at a record-tying sixth Super Bowl win, which would be their first since 1994.
