The Seattle Kraken take their franchise record winning streak to Los Angeles on Tuesday to face-off against the LA Kings.

In their second year as a franchise the Seattle Kraken are currently on a five-game winning streak and have won 10 of their last 12 games. Tonight wraps up a three-game road trip in Los Angeles against the Kings. Los Angeles has lost five of its last seven games, including a 3-2 road loss at Seattle on Saturday. Seattle is undefeated against the Kings this season, winning 4-1 in Los Angeles back on Oct. 13 and can take the season series with a win tonight. The Kings currently sit in third place in the Pacific Division, trailing Seattle by two points and the division-leading Vegas Golden Knights by eight points.

The Kraken feature a balanced scoring attack with five skaters tallying double-digit assists, led by winger Andre Burakovsky’s, who has 14 assists. The former first round pick of the Washington Capitals has 13 points in 11 games this month, already besting his assist numbers in each of his last two seasons with the Caps. Burakovsky scored 61 points with Colorado last season en route to winning the Stanley Cup.

Seattle’s offense ranks sixth in the NHL with 3.57 goals scored per game and ranks 10th in goals allowed at 2.86 goals per game.

Kings center Gabriel Vilardi leads the team with 11 goals through 23 games, but missed Sunday’s game against Ottawa with an upper body injury. Vilardi participated in Monday’s practice and is expected to see the ice tonight.

The all-time series between these two clubs is tied 3-3.
