How to Watch Sabres at Jets: Stream NHL Live, TV Channel

The Buffalo Sabres look for their fifth straight win as they travel to take on the Winnipeg Jets on Thursday.

The Winnipeg Jets are just two points away from tying the Dallas Stars for the top spot in the Central division. But they are going to face a tough challenge to get there in the Buffalo Sabres. The visiting team is coming into Manitoba hotter than a bottle of Frank's Red Hot, as Buffalo has won four games in a row. There is a ton of incentive for this matchup.

Buffalo beat the St. Louis Blues 5-3 on the road in its last game. The game felt over by the start of the second period when the Sabres went up 4-0. Jeff Skinner scored the first goal of the game and Tage Thompson put the exclamation point on in the first minute of the second, as both players notched three points with a goal and two assists. However, Buffalo got complacent and let St. Louis get back within one goal early in the third period. The Sabres only got insurance from an empty-net goal. Look for them to clamp down better tonight.

Everything looked great for Winnipeg to start in its last game. The Jets scored in the first 48 seconds on a Pierre-Luc Dubois goal.

Unfortunately for Winnipeg, that was the only goal the team could muster against the Nashville Predators, losing 2-1. It'll need much more offense tonight to keep up with the streaking Sabres.

Regional restrictions may apply.
