It was a horrible stretch, but they are playing better and hoping to get a road win on Sunday against a Blackhawks team that they lost to last Tuesday 5-2. The Coyotes now sit at 26-33-5 on the season and are in seventh place in the Central Division. The only team they are ahead of is the Blackhawks and they are 20 points up on them.

The Blackhawks will be playing their second game in as many days as they lost to the Washington Capitals 4-1 on Saturday. Tyler Johnson scored the lone goal for the Blackhawks in the third period, but they were already down 4-0.
The loss kept hem from wining a second straight game for just the second time this season. They beat the Coyotes on Tuesday on the road, but couldn't do the same against the Capitals.
Sunday they are back home and looking to beat the Coyotes yet again as they try and catch the San Jose Sharks in the standings to stay out of last place in the league.
