Edmonton enters tonight winless in its last seven matches having not tasted victory since July 1. Attacker Samuel Salter leads Wanderers with eight goals, ranking him fifth in the league, four of those coming from the penalty spot which is the most in the CPL.

Salter has scored in all three matches against The Eddies, netting a pair of goals in a 2-1 win in the rain at Clarke Field back in June.
HFX currently sits in sixth place in the CPL, trailing Pacific by 11 points with seven matches to play and after today only play away from Wanderers Grounds twice the rest of the season.
Edmonton’s last win came at home against York United on July 1. Since then, it has been outscored 17-8 with its only points coming via draws against HFX and Valour FC last Sunday.
HFX leads the all-time series 5-3-3 over Edmonton.
