John "JuJu" Smith is one of those athletes capable of playing any position, though he is projected as a safety in the college ranks. He gained more than 750 all-purpose yards on offense and made 71 tackles on defense during his standout senior season.

On Wednesday, Smith, who's the second-oldest of seven children, announced his long-anticipated college decision. The five-star prospect declared to USC over Oregon, Notre Dame and UCLA.

Smith is the final commitment on what has been a monster day for new Trojans coach Steve Sarkisian. USC signed Smith, Adoree' Jackson and Damien Mama to keep an 11-year recruiting streak intact.

Also (possibly) of note: Smith's favorite movie is Tropic Thunder, as he previously told Fox Sports Southwest. "That movie's funny," he said. "I don't know if you watched it or not but that movie's hilarious."
