Rory McIlroy and Phil Mickelson Awkwardly Dance With Their Clubs in Abu Dhabi
The Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship starts on Thursday, so to get the word out the sponsors decided to have golf superstars Phil Mickelson and Rory McIlroy star in some sort of golf themed dance number for the press. It did not go well.
The extent of the dancing is just some awkward shuffling back and forth while twirling a golf club, with everyone involved just sort of looking around, wondering what to do and when it will all end. Even the dancers in the foreground seem to be having a hard time. It is all deeply cringe inducing, especially when Phil starts dropping his club.
At least the guys dancing next to Phil and Rory seem to be having a great time.
