Norwegian Athletes Vie for Woman's Attention in Pro-Gay Olympic Commercial

In response to Russia's draconian anti-gay laws, advertisers and comics have issued statements and videos supporting LGBT rights, the latest being this ad from Norway sporting goods chain XXL. In the spot, male athletes from a variety of sports attempt to impress a brunette strutting through an airport. Actually, I don't know what the guys are doing -- it's like a mash-up of The Matrix and Sports Science, though I can't say more than I already have without spoiling the video's ending.

When you're done with that, reminisce about early '90s-era SNL with the greatest gay-themed advertisement of all time.
