Friday's A.M. Hot Clicks

James Harden at ASU

James Harden converted a game-winning layup to beat Washington on Wednesday and then had a bizarre encounter with Wizards guard Trevor Ariza on his way off the court. The two exchanged hugs and then Harden appeared to rub his beard all over Ariza's shoulder. This led me on a search of pre-beard Harden photos, but that search came up empty. What I did find were these never-before-seen outtakes from SI's 2008 college basketball preview cover shoot with Harden and Brianna January of the Arizona State women's team. Enjoy.

Russell Wilson Rules

The Seahawks quarterback and his wife were spending a nice afternoon at a park outside Seattle when a nearby dog escaped his leash and ran away. Wilson helped the family track down their pooch and then posed for photos with children. Is there anyone more loved in Seattle right now than Wilson? He should have his own theme song. Oh wait, he does.

Making a Statement

I've been a fan of Sixers center Spencer Hawes since he let us into his dorm room in 2007 for our Campus Cribs feature. And though I stay out of politics in Hot Clicks, I must point out that Hawes, a Republican, has personalized Barack Obama toilet paper in his bathroom.

Lovely Ladies Of The Day

The 2014 SI Swimsuit cover -- featuring Nina Agdal, Chrissy Teigen and rookie Lily Aldridge -- was revealed on Jimmy Kimmel Live last night and it is a doozy. As you know, we've been revealing this year's 12 rookies leading up to the issue's release on Tuesday. The group includes Aldridge, Cris Urena, Valerie Van der Graaf, Samantha HoopesLauren MellorMarloes HorstHannah FergusonEmily RatajkowskiGigi Hadid and Sara Sampaio as members of this year’s rookie class, all of who can be seen in the gallery above.

Deja Vu?

Browns fans are furious with team owner Jimmy Haslem and wrote a letter to vent their frustration. Hmm ... Browns fans angry at their owner? Where have I seen this before?

Sharks Catch Shark

Sharks teammates Andrew Desjardins, Tommy Wingels, Raffi Torres and captain Joe Thornton are spending the Olympics break basking in the sun and apparently fishing, since the group reeled in an actual shark.

Pitchers and catchers from the Philadelphia Phillies pose before a 1993 game. The squad's manager, Jim Fregosi, passed away on Friday at the age of 71 due to complications of a stroke. He played 18 years in the majors and managed for another 15 after, highlighted by the Phillies' surprise run to the World Series in ’93.

Odds and Ends

Kareem Abdul-Jabbar hazed Kobe Bryant during his rookie season ... I enjoyed this profile of James Van Der Beek ... Kevin Durant and Hasheem Thabeet love their pajama pants ... Why celebrity magazines use yellow headlines ... HBO and The Rock are teaming up for a new show about football players called Ballers ... Swiss skier Dario Cologna won a gold medal in cross-country and then waited 28 minutes to congratulate the guy who crossed the finish line in last place ... Chrissy Teigen had a huge celebration last night after landing the SI Swimsuit cover ... I love you too, Bill.

Surprise! You're on the Swimsuit Cover

SI cameras catch the moment Nina, Lily and Chrissy find out they are on the swimsuit cover.
