Munenori Kawasaki is Learning English and We Are Reaping All the Benefits
The Toronto Blue Jays recalled Munenori Kawasaki from Triple-A earlier this week, and the Japanese shortstop was pretty excited to show off his improving English. So excited in fact, that he can't stop himself from yelling at some points during his return interview.
In just a minute-and-a-half, Kawasaki covers everything from cold weather climates, to the differences in Japanese and English speaking babies, finishing it all off with a (possibly unintentional) Arnold Schwarzenegger quote.
Here at Extra Mustard we are longtime fans of Kawasaki's antics, and we can only imagine the joys he will soon bring to the English-speaking world. It's abundantly clear that he's one of the best interviews in sports.
