Cyclists typically receive three things after winning a stage in the Tour de France: the yellow jersey, flowers, and a kiss on the cheek from the podium girls. Well, unless you're Vincenzo Nibali. After winning Stage 2 in Sheffield on Sunday​, he could only secure the first two on that list -- though he certainly tried his best to get the third:

Oof, that's awkward. I love how Nibali tries to play it cool after the podium girl turns him down, scratching the back of his neck like that's what he was trying to do all along. Nice try, buddy.
