Chad Johnson seems to be loving the CFL, but one thing he's not loving is the hefty parking tickets he's accumulated since moving there:
The Montreal Allouettes import doesn't speak French and can't read Montreal's parking signs, and appealed to Mayor Denis Coderre for help. Coderre has yet to reply, but another Quebequois did:

Johnson, perhaps with the assistance of Google Translate, replied in French, "I am here for love, I love you."
Perhaps the best thing Ochocinco can do now is buy Rosetta Stone and change his nickname to Huitcinq.
