Blackburn Rovers unveil their newest uniform with an odd commercial

Blackburn Rovers FC have been in existence for 139 years, but they have likely never debuted a new team uniform in a manner as odd as this.

The new shirt has been unveiled in the above commercial which stars Rovers super fan Alan 'Birdy' Birkbeck, preparing for a big date, that turns out to be a trip to the store to pick up the team's new shirt.

It is unlikely the ad will get Birdy any acting nominations, but it might just confuse people enough to get them to order the new blue and white kit.
