Metta World Peace got a little feisty at a game on Venice Beach

Metta World Peace got into it with some opponents at the Venice Beach summer league.

Former Los Angeles Laker Metta World Peace was back playing basketball on the west coast last week in the Venice Beach summer league, and even though the stakes are much lower, World Peace still showed his signature aggression on the court.

According to the Reddit user who posted the video, Metta was upset that his team was being easily handled by the opposition, and his anger got the better of him.

"They completely sucked and every possession that didn't involve Metta would end in a turnover or brick. By halftime, Metta's team was down by 12. You could clearly see the frustration raging. From the middle of the 3rd quarter on, Metta was throwing body checks, bulldozing his way to the paint, and getting into a wrestling match on every inbounds play."

The New York Knicks are believed to be looking in to bring World Peace back onto the team next season, and this video shows he is already in mid-season shoving form.
