Those are the uniforms the Tides will wear Friday. They're supposed to make the players look like lawn gnomes. Instead it makes them look kind of like they're wearing a bib.

The Tides will also give out gnome-themed figurines of manager Ron Johnson, who does not look like a gnome.

The giveaway is sponsored by John's Tax Services, and somehow not by that travel website with the gnome in its commercials.
