The Philadelphia Phillies held a Star Wars-themed event on Friday night, because when your team is last-place in its division, it's important to keep the fans focused on anything but baseball.

Philadelphia's broadcast team came dressed in traditional Star Wars garb.

Fans got in on the action, too. Apparently, frozen carbonite is not banned at Major League Baseball stadiums.

The Phillies ended up winning the game, by the way, thus saving us all from totalitarian rule.
