Nick Saban has a reputation as a man who is not amused by much, but offensive coordinator Lane Kiffin said that the Alabama head coach has actually made a joke... once.

Kiffin was speaking to the media ahead of Alabama's semifinal game against Ohio State when he spoke of his boss' unheralded sense of humor, according to For The Win.

“He’s funnier than you guys think,” Kiffin said of Nick Saban. “He made a joke one time: How did I get higher on the most-hated list than he did? He might have been mad about that.”

Kiffin went on to say that he considers himself lucky to be working with a coach as great as Saban, adding that he should probably be paying for all he has learned from the four-time national champion.
