Canadian thieves steal $22,000 worth of high-end hockey sticks
A Canadian sporting goods store was the scene of a major robbery, when two thieves broke in and stole nearly a hundred hockey sticks worth over $22,500 USD.
A Canadian sporting goods store was the scene of a major robbery, when two thieves broke in and stole nearly a hundred hockey sticks worth over $22,500 USD.
CBC News reports that two men attempted to break into a Marc Sport store in Gatineau, Quebec, on Jan. 7 but were unable to gain entrance, so they came back and successfully robbed the store of the high-end hockey sticks five days later.

The stolen sticks can retail for over $250 a piece in stores.
Police have security footage of the two suspects, who are not believed to have been the designers of Miss Canada's recent pageant dress.
