Landon Donovan gets engaged, will enroll in college
Landon Donovan gave a Facebook update on his post-retirement life on Tuesday, including announcing that he recently got engaged to his girlfriend, Hannah Bartell.
Donovan said he's also "in the process" of enrolling in college, and has taken trips to Peru and Ecuador to visit orphanages, Bandon Dunes Golf Course in Oregon, India and the Maldives.

Donovan announced last August that he would retire at the end of the MLS season, officially doing so in December after winning his record sixth MLS Cup title.
Now, with his time freed up, the 32-year-old says he's been able to spend more time with family and close friends over the last two months than he did in the previous 16 years combined. It certainly seems like retired life is treating the former U.S. star well.
