Kyrie Irving received his first signature shoe this season, and Nike has released a special All-Star colorway for the Cavaliers guard, but Irving's new Foot Locker commercial shows that he has even more going on off the court.
Irving tells his friends that in addition to his shoes and the Cavaliers winning streak, he is also branching out into an acting career, beginning with a very difficult role opposite rapper-turned-actor Ice-T.
After his friends see his debut as a recently deceased witness on a cop show, the three-time All-Star brags that he only needed nine takes to successfully play dead.
It is not as groundbreaking as his work as "Uncle Drew" but the performance may be strong enough to get an Emmy nod.
