Daniel Bryan gave an emotional speech when Connor "The Crusher" Michalek, a young fan who died of cancer, was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame Saturday. 

Daniel Bryan gave an emotional speech when Connor "The Crusher" Michalek, a seven-year-old fan who died of brain cancer in 2014, was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame Saturday. 

Bryan was Connor's favorite wrestler and the two became close friends. Connor even celebrated Bryan's Wrestlemania 30 victory with him.

Part of Bryan's speech, where he shares a few of his favorite memories of Connor, can be seen above. Deadspin has the whole thing, where Bryan repeatedly gets choked up. 

Connor's father also made a speech accepting the award on his behalf.
