WWE gives out letter grades to each city for attendance
A lawsuit between the WWE and vendors has lead to the revelation that the pro wrestling company hands out letter grades to each city it visits based on fans ability to fill the venue.
Indeed Wrestling's Chris Harrington went through the trouble of compiling each city and its grade.

Before you get too worked up that the WWE hates your town, remember that these are based only on the ability to fill arenas, and does not mean John Cena thinks it is boring.
In addition to the grades, the trial has also caused the WWE to release its touring schedule for the next 15 months, which is also available for your perusal at Indeed Wrestling.
