Andy Robustelli's grandson is at Giants rookie minicamp
The New York Giants have a familiar name trying out at rookie minicamp and he's in a familiar place.
The New York Giants have a familiar name trying out at rookie minicamp in Andrew Robustelli.
Andrew is the grandson of Giants great Andy Robustelli, a defensive end who played for the team from 1956 to 1964. He is a Pro Football Hall of Famer and a member of the Giants' ring of honor.
The younger Robustelli is a wide receiver from Jacksonville University. And it's only fitting that his locker at minicamp is below the label of his grandfather.
"I remember when I came here for my pre-draft visit back in April," Andrew told reporters. "I felt like, everywhere I turned, I saw my grandfather in this building in some way."
