A large part of the appeal of college football games is pending some time outside before and after game grilling, drinking and hanging out with family and friends, and Georgia Southern is making sure its fans can do so in style next season.

According to the school's website, the school has announced plans to build 400 square foot luxury tailgating properties near the stadium complete with leather couches, a wet bar and four high definition television with satellite hookups.

The 400 sq. ft. tailgating palaces also come with an optional outdoor area with a grill and mini-fridge, and can accommodate up to 50 people each, all for just $5,000 per game, according to FootballScoop.com.
