As part of a Father’s Day 2015 promotion for Courtyard Hotels, Green Bay Packers linebacker Clay Matthews surprised one family with tickets to Super Bowl 50.

In a heartwarming video published on Thursday, a family of Packers fans shares how the father managed to raise his family and care for his wife after she was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. After hearing about Courtyard’s promotion, one of the sons acted quickly to submit the family’s story.

Before long, Matthews was surprising the father with two tickets to Super Bowl 50 at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif., on Feb. 7, 2016.
