While many college students spend their summers interning, having fun or just catching up on sleep, Kansas sophomore Devonte Wilson used his free time on leg workouts, and he is showing off the fruits of his labor in a new video.

Redskins defensive coordinator drinks 10 cups of coffee a day

​Wilson, who is listed as a running back on the Jayhawks football team by FoxSports.com, says he spent 99 of the last 100 days hitting the gym, resulting in his ability to throw up impressive box jumps, even with a barbell across his shoulders.

Imagine what he would be able to do if he had just been able to find his way into the gym on all 100 days.
