Memphis took on Cincinnati in a Thursday night football matchup that saw 58 combined points scored in the first half alone. But even with all those offensive fireworks, the night’s biggest highlight was not on the field but in the stands.
As ESPN cameras cut to the crowd they found a shirtless fan who, in addition to be the R in a bodypainted “TIGERS” sign, turned his megaphone into a guitar and really cut loose.
The performance is made even greater by the “S” serving as the guitarist’s hype man while maintaining a deeply stoic look on his face.
Memphis must have been inspired by its superfan’s rock out session, as they defeated the Bearcats 54–36.
