The non-cartoon Griffin did not have a great night in Chicago, getting ejected in the third quarter after committing a flagrant foul against Bulls power forward Taj Gibson, and leaving his team to fall 83–80.

The loss ended a three-game Clippers winning streak that saw the team defeat the Magic, Timberwolves and Bucks.
