Weird Lakers’ fans bask in aroma of Kobe Bryant’s sweat

Lakers fans grabbed Kobe’s arm sleeve and sniffed the sweat.

Kobe Bryant has fewer than 10 games remaining before he walks off the court for one final time, so fans are hoping to soak up every last drop of the retiring star’s greatness. But two supporters may have taken it a little too far.

After the Lakers took the worst loss of Kobe’s career on Monday night, losing 142–98 to the Jazz, Bryant removed his arm sleeve and tossed it into the crowd, where a very greedy fan stole it from another spectator and then took a great big whiff and shared the scent with his friend.

Kobe is one of the greatest players in the history of the league, and it will be a long time before we see another player like him, but that probably doesn’t warrant huffing his sweat fumes.
