Rugby player skips game to party with PSG players in Vegas, gets suspended

PSG players received permission from their coach to party in Las Vegas last weekend, but the rugby player that accompanied them didn’t.

A rugby player for one of Europe’s top teams has been suspended after skipping a big game to party with Paris Saint-Germain players in Las Vegas.

Martin Castrogiovanni, who previously missed an international tournament after being bitten on the nose by a dog, plays for Paris-based club Racing 92. He had been excused from the team’s trip to England because he said he had a family situation in Argentina, according to L’Equipe.

But then photos surfaced of him partying with PSG stars Zlatan Ibrahimovic, David Luiz, Javier Pastore and others. Whoops.

The rest of Castrogiovanni’s teammates were busy beating Leicester in the semifinals of the European Cup while he hung out shirtless with Zlatan.
