Johnny Manziel is back in Cleveland after being indicted in Texas earlier this week, and it appears the former Browns quarterback is enjoying himself in Ohio.
The unsigned Heisman winner had a banner day on Tuesday, meeting a cute puppy at an Apple store and then heading to Quicken Loans Arena to see his pal Justin Bieber in concert.

Earlier this month Manziel posted a photo to Instagram of himself and the “Love Yourself” singer.
Bieber also made some sports news at the show, donning a Cavaliers jersey and picking the team to win the NBA title.
