Nick Foles heads up SI's All-Waiver-Wire team

Charles Clay, Miami Dolphins (Week 3 ownership: three percent of CBS leagues) -- Clay wasn't on fantasy radars heading into the season, but finishes with 69 catches for 759 yards and six TDs. The sure-handed TE finished the season as an every-week starter for many fantasy owners and his two TDs in Week 14 helped many owners advance on the playoffs. Unfortunately, he was shut out in Week 15 when the Patriots held Clay to one catch for six yards in a crucial fantasy week. While fantasy owners won't agree, it's a compliment to Clay that the crafty Patriots decided to focus on shutting him down.
