ARCADIA, Calif. (AP) Lexie Lou rallied to win the $100,000 Autumn Miss Stakes for 3-year-old fillies by 1 1/4 lengths in her U.S. debut Saturday at Santa Anita.

Ridden by Corey Nakatani, Canada-bred Lexie Lou ran a mile on the turf in 1:33.70 and paid $8.40, $4.60 and $3.60 as the 3-1 favorite in the field of 10.

Diversy Harbor returned $4 and $3, while Zindaya was another half-length back in third and paid $5 to show.

Lexie Lou won the $1 million Queen's Plate in Canada in July. The Autumn Miss victory, worth $60,000, increased her career earnings to $1,369,714, with seven wins in 15 starts.

Lexie Lou was mid-pack going into the far turn when Nakatani swung three-wide at the quarter pole and Lexie Lou made her move.

''She's definitely a Grade 1 filly and we'll see where she goes from here,'' Nakatani said. ''She's got a high cruising speed and she's tactical. I knew Mike (Smith, aboard runner-up Diversy Harbor) was coming, but when I reminded her to keep her mind on business, she did it.''
