NEW YORK (AP) Aqueduct has cancelled the Saturday card due to an anticipated snowstorm in the New York area.

The track will remain open for betting on out-of-state races. The next scheduled live program is Sunday.

The Busanda Stakes, Saturday's feature, has been moved to Jan. 31.

On Friday, Pop the Hood held on by a nose in the blanket finish of the $57,000 allowance feature for New York breds. Only a neck separated the first four finishers at the wire in the one mile, 70 yard contest.

Pop the Hood set the pace with Wilmer Garcia aboard to earn his second win in five starts. The 4-year-old gelding trained by Rodrigo Ubillo paid $5.30, $3.00 and $2.10 as part of an entry with fourth-place finisher Thirst for Glory.

Repent Twice rallied from sixth to get second, returning $3.10 and $2.20. Zabaione paid $2.70 to show.

The time was 1:43.57 on the fast track.
