And with the Rays and Red Sox filling the next two slots, the Junior Circuit currently boasts the top three teams in baseball. Meanwhile, the two hottest teams in the game, Toronto and Houston, vault into the single-digits. At the other end of the spectrum, we have a brand spanking new cellar dweller. Having clinched a 16th straight losing season -- tying the 1933-48 Philadelphia Phillies for longest stretch of futility in pro sports history -- the Pirates should feel right at home at No. 30.
