The seven young adults who allegedly broke intoRay Allen's Miami home last week have been charged with trespassing of an occupied structure, according to the Miami Herald.

If found guilty of the misdemeanor charge, the suspects could face one year of jail time, a $1,000 fine and a year's probation.

According to the police report, the suspects, aged between 14 and 19, were "curious" about Allen's home and decided to enter it at around 2:30 a.m. on Aug. 14 after attending a nearby party. The report said that one of the suspects found an unlocked rear door.

Nothing was reported stolen from the home. A court date has not been set.

Allen reportedly plans to return for a 19th NBA season but has not decided on a team.
