Warriors' Marreese Speights pleads not guilty to DUI
Warriors center Marreese Speights has entered a plea of not guilty after being arrested in August for driving under the influence, according to the San Jose Mercury News.
Speights was arrested Aug. 5 in Tampa, Fla. and charged with DUI. A breathalyzer test showed Speights' blood alcohol levels were between .103 and .106 percent, above Florida's legal limit of .08 percent.

Speights, 27, has played six seasons in the NBA. Last season was his first with the Warriors. He is in the second year of a three-year, $11 million contract.
Speights appeared in 79 games for the Warriors last season. He averaged 6.4 points and 3.7 rebounds in 12.4 minutes per game.
