New York Jets training camp: Dates, location and site
The Jets addressed their greatest need this offseason by signing Eric Decker to bolster a truly woeful receiving corps.
The Jets also signed quarterback Michael Vick, presumably to back up Geno Smith, who started 16 games as a rookie last season. Smith will be expected to improve a Jets offense which was seventh-worst last season in yards gained per play. The addition of Chris Johnson should help to that end as well.
It will be interesting to see whether the Jets defense can live up to its reputation as one of the stingiest in the league now that shutdown corner Antonio Cromartie has signed with the Cardinals.
