Report: Josh Gordon legal action decision expected soon

Josh Gordon's suspension is final, but the debate is not

Sports Illustrated's Don Banks discusses why Josh Gordon's suspension might be the last of its kind in the NFL.

Josh Gordon's decision on whether to sue the NFL over his year-long suspension is expected to come in the "next day or two," according to ProFootballTalk's Mike Florio.

"Don't be shocked if he sues," Florio says.

Gordon was suspended last week for one full year for violating the league's substance abuse policy.

According to Florio, if Gordon were to sue, a suit "would include a request to block the suspension pending the outcome of the case."

The NFL and NFLPA have reportedly discussed raising the threshold for a positive marijuana test.
