Atlanta Falcons receiver Roddy White missed practice on Tuesday because of a hamstring injury, but hopes to play in Thursday's game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers

The team has not posted its final injury report for this week. White was injured in Atlanta's 24-10 loss to the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday.

"It's not important for Roddy to practice," Falcons head coach Mike Smith said, according to ESPN.com. "We'd like for Roddy to practice, but it's all about getting Roddy ready on a short week."

White has 10 catches for 114 yards and one touchdowns for Atlanta (1-1) this season.
