• New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady's testimony at his appeal hearing on Tuesday is “under oath,” ESPN's Adam Schefter reports.
• Patriots owner Robert Kraft was unable to testify at Brady's hearing by phone and sent a written statement of support instead, according to Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network.
• The Oakland Raiders did not send a representative to a town hall meeting in Carson, Calif., intended to update residents on the ongoing stadium talks with the city, CSN Bay Area reports.
