Chargers face AFC West rivals in 4 of their last 5 games

SAN DIEGO (AP) The San Diego Chargers begin a divisional stretch run when they face the Denver Broncos on Sunday.

Four of their last five games will be against AFC West rivals, including the Broncos twice.

That's good news if they're trying to climb back into the divisional race. But of late, the AFC West has not been kind to the Chargers.

''It is a tough division,'' said coach Mike McCoy, who last saw his team win in the AFC West on Nov. 16, 2014, versus Oakland. ''I think if you look at all the games as you go back, we won or lost for different reasons.''

The last-place Chargers are 0-2 in the division, and only 3-8 overall.

McCoy said that to beat the first-place Broncos, the Chargers ''have to play our best game of the year.''

''Any time you play a division team, it doesn't matter who it is, there's that added incentive to go out there and win. We're not really concerned what place (the Broncos) are in. It is our next game.''

The Chargers will be without two starters on the offensive line Sunday.

Left tackle King Dunlap (ankle) and right guard D. J. Fluker (concussion) have been ruled out. Chris Hairston replaces Dunlap; Kenny Wiggins fills in for Fluker.

''That's nothing new for us,'' said McCoy, who's had but one offensive lineman, right tackle Joe Barksdale, play in every game this year.
