The Chicago Bears are working on trading tight end Martellus Bennett, reports ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

According to the report, Chicago and Bennett’s agent Kennard McGuire are discussing potential teams for the 28-year-old NFL veteran.

Bennett was placed on injured reserve on Dec. 8 after re-injuring his rib. In 11 games in 2015, Bennett recorded 53 catches for 439 yards and three touchdowns.

The 2014 Pro Bowl selection has played for the Bears, Giants and Cowboys during his eight-year NFL career.

Bennett was a second round selection by the Cowboys in the 2008 draft out of Texas A&M.
