The NFL Draft is fast approaching, and the rumor mill is churning with which top prospects teams are targeting. There is also a plethora of news coming from free agency as big names remain on the open market.

• The Philadelphia Eagles want to trade up in the draft to pick quarterback Carson Wentz, reports NFL.com's Lance Zierlein. Philadelphia currently has the No. 8 overall pick, and Wentz is projected to be drafted by the Cleveland Browns at No. 2.
• Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker James Harrison will return to the team in 2016 after contemplating retirement, reports the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette's Ed Bouchette.
