We're almost to the halfway mark of this shortened season, if that can be believed, and the Chicago Blackhawks have a stranglehold on the top of our Power Rankings. It's been this way for six straight weeks. True, the Hawks needed a couple of shootouts to reach their record 19-0-3 start, but the numbers are the numbers. Meanwhile, the biggest risers this week were teams like Phoenix, Toronto, Philadelphia and Minnesota. Tampa Bay, Carolina, New Jersey and Edmonton took sizable plunges.
