Terrell Owens hosted an open workout for NFL teams at a local California high school today.  The problem is, no NFL teams showed up to watch Owens play, according to USA Today.

The 37-year-old wide receiver is hoping to catch the attention of a new team.  While his age may be one concern, most teams will question the condition of the left ACL he received surgery on earlier this year.

Owens’ agent, Drew Rosenhaus, claims that the Tennessee Titans are interested in the six-time Pro Bowler. Titans coach Mike Manchuk said, however, that the team would not send any reps to the workout.

The controversial Owens has made an appearance on several teams in the last few years with his most recent stints being at the Buffalo Bills and the Cincinnati Bengals. Despite his off-the-field antics, Owens has had an accomplished career with nine 1000 yard seasons, and is tied for second all-time in receiving touchdowns and second all-time behind Jerry Rice in receiving yards.
